Fully Managed Colocation for Servers - $150/month

A comprehensive managed colocation solution, this full management package includes each of our four distinct services mentioned below:

Note: All managed colocation agreements come with a 6 month commitment.

System Administration / Basic Management - $120/month per server

Covering a wide range of tasks including OS reinstalls, security updates, installation of supported and 3rd party software, and network troubleshooting, our System Administration service is a flexible option for day-to-day colocation management.

This service includes unlimited basic system administration (intended for routine maintenance and resolving major issues, similar to our basic management) and one hour of advanced system administration time per month on a best effort basis, ensuring that we are always available to handle any administrative issues with your colocation hosting service.

Physical Hardware Assistance - $30/month per server

As well as providing support for hardware installation and troubleshooting, this managed colocation solution also includes storage space for spare hardware, along with the ability to purchase affordable spares or replacements from our in-stock equipment.

With limited availability of spare or replacement hardware, we recommend that you store spare hardware for your systems with us.

Monitoring + Proactive Response - $40/month per server

Our reliable Zenoss monitoring system will monitor various services and resource usage levels on your colocated hosting plan, alerting our team of expert support technicans of any issues or service outages that may occur. In addition, if you are bundling this with the System Administration package above we will actively monitor your system for security and system updates and pro-actively (if requested) apply such updates.

We can monitor any number of services or resource levels, guaranteeing that your managed colocation hosting plan is responsive at all times.

Server Backup and Restore - $30/month per server

Our managed backup service offers 200GB of disk space for FTP/Rsync backups, which can be fully configured by our support staff for peace of mind and outstanding data security.

Alternatively, R1Soft server backup software can be added for an additional $10 a month, offering continuous data protection for an increased number of regular backups. If additional space is required for backup storage, please use our CDP Backup Services disk space pricing as a guide. Managed Colocation for Networking Equipment - $100/month per switch/router

With maintenance services, monitoring, and configuration/log backups, our network equipment managed colocation solution is an essential tool for your infrastructure. We monitor your switches, routers, and firewalls for traffic spikes, latency changes, packet loss, configuration changes, logged errors/issues, and general uptime and availability, ensuring that your equipment is performing to its best at all times.

Additionally, we will handle general management functions such as statically routing IPs, adding VLANs, adding BGP/OSPF peers/sessions, and managing firewall rules. Finally, we provide hourly configuration backups, easily restored in the event of configuration error or hardware failure.

Please note that this service does not include initial configuration or engineering of a network, or general network implementation or engineering tasks. We are happy to provide this additional expert assistance for $180 an hour.
