All of our dedicated servers come with our 100% network uptime SLA, 3rd party SSAE16/SAS70 audit, are located in our own redundant data center (using a completely carbon neutral infrastructure) in downtown Chicago, IL, and have our own dedicated on-site 24/7 staff. There aren't any unmanaged dedicated servers in our facilities, as we provide a prompt and high level of support with all systems. In addition, all servers come with our InterNAP optimized High Performance Network utilizing Level(3), NTT, Tinet, and nLayer bandwidth and supplemented with over 200 local peering agreements. We highly recommend CentOS 6, but can install a wide array of Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.), FreeBSD, or even custom OS images through IPMI. Windows 2008 Web Edition can also be installed for an additional $20 a month. Parallels Plesk Panel (10 domain license), Interworx (35 domain license), and DirectAdmin⁶ control panels can be installed for free on our dedicated servers. Larger licenses for Parallels Panel and Interworx can also be installed for additional fees as well as cPanel, which you can find at the bottom of this page. Interworx and cPanel are our prefered control panels and will yield the highest levels of support. All dedicated servers come standard with 1 usable IPv4 IP and 1 usable IPv6 IP. Up to 8 additional IPv4 IPs or 1.6 x 10¹⁹ IPv6 IPs can be requested at no additional charge by emailing us at ips@steadfast.net. All IP allocations require proper ARIN justification. Additional RAM, hard drives, and IPs can also be purchased. Bandwidth overages are billed at $0.35 per GB.

1. A major problem is when the service/application is completely unresponsive or unusable. Any further assistance will need to count towards system administration time. Pre-installed software includes the control panel and any other software installed by the control panel such as web, database, and email services.
2. System Administration includes almost any services not listed, such as optimizing Apache, assisting with/repairing PHP scripts, transferring data, etc. System administration does not include script coding and we do not guarantee being able to resolve issues with 3rd party or other unsupported software. Additional system administration is billed at $80 an hour. All system administration is calculated in 30 minute increments.
3. Parallels Plesk Plus includes Parallels Plesk Panel for Unlimited Domains, Parallels Plesk Power Pack, Parallels Sitebuilder for 100 Sites, and Parallels Plesk Billing for 1000 Accounts.
4. Please note that all IP allocations must be justified. To help reduce the risk of abuse, IPs used for proxies, email marketing, large scale virtual or web hosting and SEO may be subject to additional verification and analysis. We reserve the right to charge additionally for IP space based on the risk factors involved in the justification provided.
5. All VLANs are configured by default with VRRP or HSRP, which improves redundancy but consumes two additional IPs per subnet. Each subnet will lose 5 IPs from the count indicated in the "Additional IPs" table. Please see our knowledgebase for more information.
6. The software is unsupported. We provide the licensing for your convenience but no management services are included. Support is done directly through the related communities.
7. Basic OS installs are installs of a presently supported OS using default partitioning and installation schemes. More complex OS installations can be done at the rate of $40 each. Note: Customers can do OS installs on their own for free using remote media or our PXE boot system on all systems with IPMI support.
