Steadfast Networks operates out of its own state of the art data centers located in downtown
Chicago, Illinois, 350 E Cermak Road and 725 S Wells Street. These Chicago data centers offer complete
redundancy in power, HVAC, network connectivity, and security. The Chicago datacenter facilities sit atop multiple power grids, with full UPS battery backup power and a diesel generators onsite with a
network that is supplied by several separate networks including, Level(3), NTT, Tinet, and nLayer. Dozens more third party backbone providers are available in the facilities via cross connect, such as
Verizon, Global Crossing, Abovenet, Qwest, XO Communication, Sprint, and Cogent. The fiber provided to the Chicago data centers is also provided over redundant paths, with diverse entry points and
building riser. These data center facilities have been built to meet the high demands and reliability of telecommunications providers and Fortune 500 companies and have achieved SAS70 / SSAE16
compliance.

350 East Cermak Rd Data Center (chi01-chi02)
Steadfast Networks operates its own state of the art data center located in downtown Chicago,
Illinois on the 2nd and 4th floors of the Digital Lakeside facility (350 E Cermak Rd) one of the world's
largest data center facilities. This is the same building that serves as the home to major corporations such as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group), the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE),
Equinix, Fidelity Investments, British Petroleum (BP), CenturyLink (Qwest and Savvis), British Telecom (BT), T-Systems, and many others. The facility exceeds Tier III data center standards by
providing 2N power redundancy, N+1 redundant HVAC, 2N network redundancy, and 24/7 on-site security. Fiber connectivity is available to over one hundred networks through both Equinix (5th and 6th
Floors) and the building MMR (2nd Floor, operated by TelX). Steadfast Networks can directly provide redundant managed network services, 24/7 on-site system administration, and managed colocation services.

725 South Wells St Data Center (chi18)
The 725 S Wells Data Center is our newest facility in downtown Chicago was opened in
mid-2010 to facilitate the expansion of Steadfast Networks and to allow us to provide a more cost conscious
solution. This datacenter has N+1 redundancy (optimized for single corded equipment) and Starline busway which allow us to offer services at an extremely high value and with the highest levels of
flexibility. Great care was taken to be energy efficient with vendor selection, air side and water side economizers, variable speed fans, and variable valves to keep overall operating costs down.
While there are fewer networks available on-site, high speed connectivity (800 Gbit/sec of redundant capacity) is available to our datacenter at 350 E Cermak.
