Discounted International Calls:

If you are an international user who does not use a VoIP service that can take advantage of the above methods there is another option. This option is not free, but it can save you significantly by making it just a local call. Currently, there are local access numbers in 20+ countries from which you can make ENUM-based calls. Once you have found a local number, dial it, and then, when prompted, dial our main phone number, including the country code 1, 13126022689.
