The history of Steadfast Networks and NoZone, Inc.

Steadfast Networks is fully owned subsidiaries of NoZone, Inc., which was founded in August of 1998 by Karl Zimmerman and incorporated in the state of Wisconsin on October 18, 2000.

NoZone, Inc. was originally founded as NoZone.net, a site designed to offer webmasters assistance, giving them helpful tutorials, and links to scripts and other tools, along with web hosting services. With the $100 in Christmas money, at the age of 14, Karl Zimmerman hosted those sites on a single server in Redondo Beach, CA. NoZone, Inc. has come a long way since then and is now operating thousands and thousands of servers in its own data centers at 350 E Cermak Rd. and 725 S Wells St in downtown Chicago and at 121 Varick St in New York City with annual revenue in 8 figures.
