Server Offerings

You can get started with low latency, highly available trading in just 7 simple steps:

1. Order the server (above) using Windows 2008 R2 Web Edition (64 bit) as your operating system and fully supported by NinjaTrader, MultiCharts, and TradeStation.
2. Get a welcome email in less than 12 hours with your login credentials and have access to your server with Windows 2008 R2 and remote desktop already installed and ready to go.
3. Login to your server using Remote Desktop or across multiple monitors, and use it like your desktop at home.
4. You should already have a recent build of Windows, but always run Windows Update, make sure you install all updates to assure you have the most recent version of .Net framework.
5. Install your trading platform of choice, such as NinjaTrader, MultiCharts, or TradeStation.
6. Connect to your broker of choice, such as ZenFire, Rithmic, or Mirus.
7. Trade!

Proximity Colocation

Steadfast offers SSAE16 audited proximity colocation at 350 E Cermak Rd in Chicago from a single 1u server to a dedicated 100+ kW cage. From this facility, we can provide direct market data and execution access services (through direct cross connects) to the largest and most critical financial market data networks around the world, giving our customers low-latency proximity financial market data to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group), the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), CBOE, NYMEX/COMEX, and many more. This service provides no unnecessary intermediaries with a direct connection to the exchange, resulting in outstanding performance and reliability. As with all of our facilities, we also provide 24/7 remote hands, performed by skilled systems administrators that can respond in minutes.

24/7 Monitoring Services / Managed Colocation

Through our managed colocation and full managed dedicated server services, we provide proactive monitoring for all critical systems and network latency levels.
