SSAE16 Audited We have assembled this offering of servers specifically for the trader looking to get the best, consistant performance, to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and other Chicago based exchanges. All of our dedicated servers come with our 100% network uptime SLA, 3rd party SSAE16/SAS70 audit, are located in our own redundant data center (using a completely carbon neutral infrastructure) in downtown Chicago, IL, and have our own dedicated on-site 24/7 staff. There aren't any unmanaged dedicated servers in our facilities, as we provide a prompt and high level of support with all systems. Note: We recommend using Windows 2008 R2 Web Edition as your operating system ($20/mo extra). If you want to use Windows 7 or Windows 8 you will need to provide your own license and installation can be done using IPMI/KVM over IP at no additional charge.

In stock systems will be setup within 12 hours of payment being processed, but making hardware modifications may prevent us from delivering a system within this time frame. If you need a server other than what is listed please email sales as we have several other systems still in stock.

Any additional support not covered by our basic management can still be provided with best effort service at our standard remote hands rate of $40 per half hour.

Getting started with trading on a Steadfast dedicated server is fast and simple:
1) Order the server (above) using Windows 2008 R2 Web Edition (64 bit) as your operating system ($20/mo extra).
2) In less than 12 hours you will get a welcome email with your login credentials and you'll have access to your server with Windows 2008 R2 and remote desktop already installed and ready to go.
3) Login to your server using Remote Desktop (you can even set it up across multiple monitors) and use it like your desktop at home.
4) Run Windows Update, make sure you install all updates, including optional updates, to assure you have the most recent version of .Net framework.
5) Install your trading platform of choice, such as NinjaTrader, MultiCharts, or TradeStation.
6) Connect to your broker of choice, such as ZenFire, Rithmic, or Mirus.
7) Trade!

  1. A major problem is when the service/application is completely unresponsive or unusable. Any further assistance will need to count towards system administration time. Pre-installed software includes the control panel and any other software installed by the control panel such as web, database, and email services.
  2. System Administration includes almost any services not listed, such as optimizing Apache, assisting with/repairing PHP scripts, transferring data, etc. System administration does not include script coding and we do not guarantee being able to resolve issues with 3rd party or other unsupported software. Additional system administration is billed at $80 an hour. All system administration is calculated in 30 minute increments.
  3. Parallels Plesk Plus includes Parallels Plesk Panel for Unlimited Domains, Parallels Plesk Power Pack, Parallels Sitebuilder for 100 Sites, and Parallels Plesk Billing for 1000 Accounts.
  4. Please note that all IP allocations must be justified. To help reduce the risk of abuse, IPs used for proxies, email marketing, large scale virtual or web hosting and SEO may be subject to additional verification and analysis. We reserve the right to charge additionally for IP space based on the risk factors involved in the justification provided.
  5. All VLANs are configured by default with VRRP or HSRP, which improves redundancy but consumes two additional IPs per subnet. Each subnet will lose 5 IPs from the count indicated in the "Additional IPs" table. Please see our knowledgebase for more information.
