Steadfast Networks offers managed services with all dedicated servers. We feel that this will allow all customers, no matter what their skill level is, to operate a server from Steadfast Networks.

Any items not covered by our support packages can still be provided with best effort service at our standard remote hands rate of $40 per half hour.

Proactive Zenoss Monitoring

Our reliable Zenoss monitoring system will monitor various services and resource usage levels on your colocated hosting plan, alerting our team of expert support technicans of any issues or service outages that may occur.

We can monitor any number of services or resource levels, guaranteeing that your managed colocation hosting plan is responsive at all times.

A major problem is when the service/application is completely unresponsive or unusable. Any further assistance will need to count towards system administration time. Pre-installed software includes the control panel and any other software installed by the control panel such as web, database, and email services.
System Administration includes almost any services not listed, such as optimizing Apache, assisting with/repairing PHP scripts, transferring data, etc. System administration does not include script coding and we do not guarantee being able to resolve issues with 3rd party or other unsupported software. Additional system administration is billed at $80 an hour. All system administration is calculated in 30 minute increments.
Basic OS installs are installs of a presently supported OS using default partitioning and installation schemes. More complex OS installations can be done at the rate of $40 each. Note: Customers can do OS installs on their own for free using remote media or our PXE boot system on all systems with IPMI support.
