Steadfast Networks offers managed services with all dedicated servers. We feel that this will allow all customers, no matter what their skill level is, to operate a server from Steadfast Networks.

Basic Management - Included
Services included:

• Add Additional IPs to the Server
• Updates/Patches for Supported/Pre-installed Software and OS as Requested
• Repair of Major issues with Pre-Installed Software*
• Ping/Service Monitoring
• 24/7 Onsite Personnel
• On-Demand DNS Management
• On-Demand Security Assessment
• On-Demand Antivirus Protection
• 1 Hour System Administration/month**
• $25 fee for OS Reinstall

Full Management - Add $80 a month
Gold monitoring includes the above services as well as:

• 24/7 Proactive Response to Service/Server Outage
• Proactive Security Updates and Audits
• Enterprise Grade SPAM Filtering
• Installation of Supported and 3rd Party Software
• Log Analysis
• 50GB of Off-Server Backup
• Automated Backup Script Setup
• Unlimited System Administration**
• No Fee for OS Reinstalls

* - A major problem is when the service/application is completely unresponsive or unusable. Any further assistance will need to count towards system administration time. Pre-installed software includes the control panel and any other software installed by the control panel such as web, database, and email services.
** - System Administration includes almost any services not listed, such as optimizing Apache, assisting with/repairing PHP scripts, transferring data, etc. System administration does not include script coding and we do not guarantee being able to resolve issues with 3rd party or other unsupported software. Additional system administration is billed at $80 an hour. All system administration is billed in 30 minute increments.
