If you are a Cloud Platform customer and you would like to get KnowledgeTree for your organization, the process is straightforward. Just select the KnowledgeTree JumpBox template. To do this, go to Operating System and select Ubuntu, then choose JumpBox KnowledgeTree. You’ll be able to start using this open source software without any complex setup and installation processes.
System Requirements for KnowledgeTree Cloud Hosting
KnowledgeTree system requirements vary depending on how you will be utilizing it.
Server requirements:
2 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor4 GB of system memory (or 2GB above what is needed by the OS and additional software)
2 GB of storage for the application data and repository storage (KnowledgeTree requires 1GB to install)
Broadband connection to internal network (Linux-based servers also require an external network connection to download from the repositories)
Workstations requirements:
2 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor1 GB of system memory
512 MB storage space
Broadband connection to internal network
Linux-based servers also require an Internet connection to download from the repositories, and Windows systems require an Internet connection to download the MySQL server install
