All New York City colocation services come with our 100% network uptime SLA and are located in our SSAE16/SAS70 audited New York data center in the heart of Manhattan. Our location allows you to cross connect to any provider in the building's Meet Me Room (MMR) with an array of options for T1, DS3, or Ethernet connectivity or the Steadfast Financial Exchange. We can also provide Ethernet service to allow you to connect to other buildings in New York, such as 111 8th, 60 Hudson, and 25 Broadway. In addition, all New York colocation services include remote hands availability for $160 an hour (billed at the quarter hour), and initial server racking is included with the setup at no additional charge.

To help reduce the risk of abuse, IPs used for proxies, email marketing, large scale virtual or web hosting and SEO may be subject to additional verification and analysis. We reserve the right to charge additionally for IP space based on the risk factors involved in the justification provided.
2. All VLANs are configured by default with VRRP or HSRP, which improves redundancy but consumes two additional IPs per subnet. Each subnet will lose 5 IPs from the count indicated in the "Additional IPs" table. Please see our knowledgebase for more information.
