All Bandwidth services come with our 100% network uptime SLA (does not cover local loops) and are based out of our own fully redundant data centers in downtown Chicago, IL and New York, NY. Our locations allow us to cross connect to basically any provider, allowing us to offer a wide array of options for T1, DS3, or Ethernet connectivity through various carriers.

The listed pricing is for connecting to us directly at 350 E Cermak in Chicago (Building MMR/TelX or Equinix), 725 S Wells in Chicago, 111 8th in New York, 60 Hudson in New York, 121 Varick in New York, and Equinix NY2/NY4 in Secaucus. You would be responsible for the cross connect costs, unless you are inside our colocation facilities. We can also provde T1, DS3, or metro Ethernet connectivity to anyone in the Chicago metro area using our partners XO and Time Warner Telecom. Those connections will involve a local loop provided by XO or Time Warner Telecom which will incur additional fees and is covered by their respective SLA, not ours. Also, if you are an ISP or educational institution with mostly end user traffic we can offer significantly discounted bandwidth pricing, just request a quote for pricing.
