What is Alfresco Cloud Hosting?

Alfresco Cloud Hosting is a service we offer at Steadfast Networks that allows you to use Alfresco’s open source software through our Cloud Platform, which starts at $20/month. Alfresco is an enterprise content management system that can be used for both Unix-like operating systems and Windows-based systems.

How Can You Get Alfresco Cloud Hosting from Steadfast Networks?

One of the best things about being a Steadfast Networks Cloud Platform user is our ongoing relationship with Jumpbox. Through Jumpbox, we offer our clients a wide array of useful open source software, including Alfresco.

All Cloud users need to do to use Alfresco is select the Alfresco JumpBox template. To do this, go to Operating System and select Ubuntu, then choose JumpBox Alfresco. You’ll be able to start using this great open source software without any complex setup and installation processes.

System Requirements for Alfresco Cloud Hosting

When running a virtualized version of Alfresco via our Cloud hosting service, the default installation requires only a maximum of about 512MB, but as the number of people using Alfresco grows, more memory will be needed.
