Issue Setting Up phpBB

So I'm trying to set up phpBB 3 and get this error.

Could not connect to the database, see error message below.
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

What do I do?

Assuming you are on shared hosting, the MySQL server is not localhost. You need to set it to mysql2.steadfast.net or mysql.steadfast.net, depending on when you bought hosting.

Check inside your Control Panel to see which SQL server you are assigned to.
