Need help with the phpBB install on my new web server

hey every time I go to install my phpBB forums I get this error

And when I dont get that it says it simply can not connect to the server, please get back to me asap -Pibbs-

Hello,

What are you actually using for the mysql server? Please make sure you are using "mysql.nozonenet.com".

Also, the database must exist already. Has this been done?

Yes and Yes I have made the data base and I am useing the right server and all the fill-in-the-blank spots I have checked at least 20 times over, do you think I should delete the data base I made and try making a new one, or reinstalling phpBB, and do I need the Static IP address activated for it?

ok I solved it myself, but thanx for your help, (if anyone els has that problom, all I did was delete the old SQL and make a new one)
