Where do we pay to? (PayPal)

I'd just like to know who we are sending the payment to in PayPal. I've looked everywhere, and cannot find it, and cannot re-access the PayPal page without ordering another server.

As a note, if you already have an open account with us send payment through your control panel, not directly to that email address.
