Just signed up

So I signed up yesterday afternoon but now its 24 hours later and nothing from steadfast. I have tried to call the support number (nothing), sales (nothing). How long does it take to get an account setup with these guys?

Did you just hang up on the phone? Also, if the phones are busy, which is often the case, you'll need to wait on the line past the initial "All technicians are currently busy" part, but we'll still generally get to you in a minute or two. During that time, you'll be prompted if you want to leave a message, so if you feel you're waiting too long you can just leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you just hang up, we're not going to be able to get to you if we're helping someone else and/or if you don't leave a message.

If you're having issues with the phone, as was stated above, open a ticket.

VPS and shared hosting accounts are setup automatically right when you sign-up. if that doesn't happen, it means your account has been held up in processing and you'd need to contact us. If it is for a dedicated server you would get a response to your ticket if there is an issue processing the order, otherwise it'll be setup within 1 business day.
