Default New customer, few quick questions

Hi to Karl and the Steadfast crew!

    Just some post-signup questions :

self Reverse DNS, is it on the table or a timeframe? I usually like doing rDNS settings without human intervention. Not sure how long it takes at Steadfast, but I know that with an old provider, it could take more than 24 hours to have it setup.

Automated control panel signup. This isn't much of an issue, unless you have less than 75 licenses with a provider cPanel wants a 75 license commit before being able to go through them and have it automated. Parallels wants 5 licenses at a time. Only DA is very cool in terms of licensing.

Ip allocations. Not sure I'm a fan of week-only Ip allocations, but it's understandable and not much of an issue.

The rest is usually just fluff and never used (at least for myself). I just got used to being able to do rDNS, CP licenses and IPs on the fly.

Don't take any of this as criticism or anything else. I asked countless questions to Karl before signing up (and signed up knowing those 3 things might bother me to some extent). Just the musings of a brand-spankin new customer! Besides, what I noticed with Karl, is that it could be the weekend or late at night, and he'll get things done for you.

For the reverse DNS we're waiting on Ubersmith. Once they release that, we'll likely support it. though still moderate the additions.

Automated control panel sign-up isn't planned at all. It is a very rare occurance that a customer changes their control panel, and then we need to change our records on our side, make sure the old license is removed, etc.

For IP allocations it is more so that we cannot apply them automatically, as we need to review the justifications, etc. This, along with rDNS requests, are one of our easiest ways for catching and stopping potential spammers before they start.
