Unlimited FTP accounts? Anonymous FTP? H-Sphere demo?

Hi,

I'm considering switching to Steadfast and would like to find out a couple of things about the shared plans:
- Do you get unlimited FTP accounts for each domain?
- Is anonymous FTP access possible? Do I need a dedicated IP for each domain that I want to have that feature?
- My current host also has the H-Sphere CP (which I loooooove ), do you have a Control Panel demo available so I can compare your implementation of H-Sphere with the one I'm using with my current host?

1) Yes, you can have unlimited FTP accounts, with access setup to different directories, etc.

2) Yes, you can have anaonymous FTP and yes, you would need a dedicated IP for it.

3) Yes, login from any page of our site, username: demouser password: password

I just had a look at your demo H-Sphere CP and the only thing that I miss is the level of granularity in the anti-spam and anti-virus preferences for domains, mailboxes and mail resources. At my current host, I can set anti-spam preferences individually for each mailbox (I guess I'm spoilt ). Is there any chance that you'll allow that level of granularity in the future? I use that feature extensively.
By the way, a couple of additional questions about easyapps (which seem to be great and my current host doesn't have):
- Can I install Wordpress to the root of one of my domains?
- If I install the current version of Wordpress with easyapps, will it be automatically updated as new versions come out or will I have to update it myself?

The difference in Anti-SPAM and Anti-Virus is because we use a separate system for that, from MailFoundry, which offers many ore options than you'd get from a standard setup. There are directions for setting it up here: https://support.steadfast.net/index....eid=49&nav=0,1

No, you cannot install to the root of a domain, but you can easily make it appear that it is using some simple mod_rewrite rules in your .htaccess file.

It won't automatically update the software, though most of the software is quite simple to update.

o install a script the traditional way, you will usually need to download the script from the source website, unzip the files, edit the configuration file with a text editor, create a new directory in your site and upload all your files to it. You also need to set some permissions for the files and directories, create new databases and add user privileges to the databases for the scripts to be able to connect to the database... If you don't understand what I am saying, then Fantastico will be your best friend. It does all of this with just a few clicks of your mouse.
