    Default connection to us.bb.gin.ntt.net

    I just got a dsl connection where the third hop is xe-0.equinix.chcgil09.us.bb.gin.ntt.net at 54 ms. I'm looking to colo a basic 1u server with the intention of having great bandwidth/latency to this connection. Would I need the premium network to accomplish this, or would the value network also get me the same thing to connect to this "local" Chicago link as the primary objective?
