Bandwidth & FTP access

I am not seeing any information about bandwidth limits. or any confirmation that they allow FTP access.

If you are wondering if there is say a limited amount of bandwidth allocated to each account, there is no limit to the actual amount of bandwidth that can be pushed at a specific time. We do not cap to say 1 Mbit/sec or anything like that. All the shared hosting systems are on gigabit ports connected directly to our network's backbone.
