presales questions
Hello.
I am a newbie here. I am looking for a host for my 2 sites.
I would like to ask about payment plans: what if I choose plan A, use it for some period of time (say, 3 months) and then decide to upgrade? Would I have to pay the difference for remaining time (I usually sign up for 1 year) - in this case for 9 months or should I sign for a completely new plan (i.e. lose my money for remaining 9 months and signup for 12 months)?

I can't do everything.
It is certainly possible to upgrade shared hosting plans and pay only the difference for the remaining time.

Darth_Vader,
Steadfast won't take your money.
If you sign up for a year and when you're 3 months into the plan, decide you want to upgrade, they'll either have you:
1) Pay for the 9 remaining months of the plan (difference)
2) Pay for 12 months and your next renewal date will be the day you upgrade to an annual billing cycle

You can change plans or plan length at any time. The only thing is that you cannot receive a refund. H-Sphere will calculate a prorated amount for the time remaining and only bill you the difference for the new plan.
There is no additional fee to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
