Default new datacenter / old datacenter peering / performance

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before - I'm afraid I haven't been keeping up with the news here for the last year and it seems exciting things are underway - will the new datacenter have the same peering/bandwith as the existing? Will they be interconnected? Will the existing testfile.steadfast.net represent the new datacenter performance/routes?

The two data centers are just over a mile from the current one and will use the exact same network. We're going to use redundant dark fiber loops with multiple 10 GigE circuits to connect the two facilities. Both the public and private networks will be shared between the two sites.
