Is Steadfast a 'registration service provider?

Is Steadfast a 'registration service provider? (I'm new to Steadfast and want to move a domain name off my old host/provider.) If not, who do people use for domain registering domains?

We can sell domain names and related services, but we are not a base registrar. Domains are $14.95 per year. As a note, you do not need to have the domain registered with us to use our hosting accounts.

Will RRPproxy be added so .be domains could be registered through Steadfast ?
(I'm a new reseller at Steadfast Networks, and setting up things right now)

We cannot control the domains able to be registered through us. The registrar has not informed us of any plans to add .be support. Unfortunately, this means we cannot give any sort of ETA or speculation as to whether this will be happening.
