This week we have just introduced our new Account Manager program, which is designed to further increase the satisfaction of our growing list of clients. The account manager will serve as your specific liaison with Steadfast Networks, someone who will come to know you and your specific needs. If you run into any issues with our service your account manager will be there to back you up. If you have questions about our services or how we can help you grow your site/business you can simply contact your account manager.


In this phase, we are only assigning account managers to accounts with $1000 a month or more in services, but if this program works out well we will likely be extending it to other customers. If we seem to have missed you please contact sales@steadfast.net and we’ll add you to the program.
