Default Flash headers for hosting companies

I've noticed that a lot of web hosting companies have flash headers on their sites that all look very similar or have a similar style.

Rayne's company RaynServ has one. Some others plucked from webhostingtalk.com: HostRocket, LiquidWeb, SolidHost, MakoSolutions.

JaguarPC doesn't have a flash app, but the layout looks very similar to Rayne's.

Anywhoo, what I want to know is: is there some well-known design company I don't know about that all these hosting companies turn to? I'm not interested in it for my own use, but I am rather curious to find out the answer.

That was actually one of the things that attracted me to Steadfast: their professional-looking, non-flashy, and unique website. I almost creamed my shorts when I noticed it was standards compliant and completely validating.

Our main domain was a customization of a purchased template design. You can find others at http://templates.raynserv.com as well. Initially we wanted a sharp and snazzy site that gave us all the basics. Since that time we've been able to spend time looking around at other site layouts and try to determine exactly what we would like our site to look like. Eventually, when time permits, we'll move to a more personal and customized design for our main domain. We're always open to suggestions if you have any but we started with a purchased template for our site to get what we wanted at the least amount of time invested. The above link is an affiliation of Template Monster who we originally purchased the template from. I hope this helps answer your question in full.
Simply doing it better for all the right reasons.

The site was designed exactly in that manner, not too complicated, not flashy, just clean and professional. Of course it had to be standards compliant, the only issue there is that IE doesn't seem to care what the standards are, but we're pretty confident our customers are smart enough to keep away from such a browser :-)
