    Lightbulb Support Tickets Order

Ok, this is not that big of a deal, but just seems odd to me so I thought I'd get others opinion.

When you open a support ticket and it is open it does rise to the top of the list, but after you have a reply from a tech and it's closed it drops to the very end of the list. So my first ticket no page 1 is for my sales ticket request for my first steadfast server almost 2 years ago. Makes sense to me that it should sort DESC so that your newest closed tickets are on the first page.

This is a weird side effect of the new sorting functionality in Kayako that does not work at all. Hopefully it will be fixed by them at some point, but we really have no way to control it until then.

Yeah, i guess if its not open source there isn't really anyway you can hack it to sort the other way or just wouldn't be worth the effort. Hopefully they get on this soon!

Kayako is a great software suite, but this has to be one of the most annoying parts of it
