    Question Resellers: Preferred Helpdesk Application

    I'm curious here, what are our resellers's preferred Helpdesk application to help manage tickets and so forth?

    My choice would have to be DeskPro. I've been beta testing their version 3 for sometime now and it's FFFIINNNEE . Smooth, solid, and extremely functional.

    Of course, I could be bias

    Too expensive.

    I use Kayako. But I'm not a reseller, so I guess I don't count.

    However, the latest version of Kayako seems to work a lot better than previous version in the Version 3 family. It still isn't perfect, but if they continue on this track they may be able to win back a lot of respect, and some of their client base.
