we are in the process of preparing other service upgrades which will greatly improve your level of service in the near future.

I certainly hope so, listening to users complain that pages are loading slow is getting old... :x

We are adding two new servers, and upgrading the current server to use new Raid arrays with 10K RPM Western Digital Raptor hard drives, and we will also be upgrading the RAM by adding an additional 2 GB. These are the two main problem areas on the current VPS server, and that should greatly increase performance.

As a note, your VPSes should experience minimal downtime while the servers are setup and upgraded, as we will be setting up the new servers and then transferring all of the accounts off of the server before upgrading it.
