NYNOC VPSes are not covered by any SLA

Just a quick note to ex-NYNOC VPS customers.
Your ex-NYNOC VPS is not covered by any SLA.

This came as a surprise for me after clarifying it with the billing team.
Just a heads up for you guys.

If there was a pre-agreed upon SLA with the NYNOC, from before the acquisition, we will continue to honor that SLA. There is no SLA though for new customers, and that should be evident as none is listed/advertised on the NYNOC web site. If you require an SLA, I recommend you sign-up for the Steadfast Networks services.
