VPS Upgrade Update?

How are we looking on CentOS 4 support?

In other words, how are the HSP/Virtuozzo upgrades and OS template testing coming along? The recent Virtuozzo upgrade was nice; I can actually use iptables now with the new kernel.

We are waiting for HSPComplete 3.3 to come out to make the changes/upgrades, this is because the current version of HSPComplete does not properly handle the new templates. We were told it would be released in July, then we were told it would be released in August, now we're told it'll be done in a few weeks...

They've had a beta of HSPComplete 3.3 out since June, but we definitely aren't going with a beta product in a live environment.

All right. HSPComplete 3.3 was released mid-October of 2006. You've pushed back the "release date" a few times. I'm just wondering, "How's it coming?"

It's nice that they released the update. They took several months after that to create the scripts required to upgrade an existing installation, and now they've been giving us the run-around about getting it installed on our box. Karl has been trying to reach them over the past couple weeks to finally get this done, but as of now we're left with no ETA since we have no explanation ourselves for the continued delay.
