    Default So much for support?

You guys not offering support anymore? I noticed today when calling both the support and billing numbers have been disconnected and are no longer in service!!!

What numbers are you calling? We transferred our numbers to a different VoIP service fairly recently and there had been some issues with getting the numbers transferred properly. As far as we've been aware they work fine, and we field a number of calls daily without any issue.

If you can list the numbers you've been calling and what phone server you're using, perhaps that will lead to some answers.

    I called
    312-602-2689
    888-281-9449

Both are still disconnected. I just tried them before I posted. I can however reach them on my cell phone.

You diddn't used to use "Vonage" did you? They tend to lock a number even after you disconnected. I'm useing VoIP as well. I'm with Vonage. A friend of mine canceled Vonage in Dallas and I get the same recording. They basicly lock your number from ever being called by anyone on the network I think.

Yes, we left Vonage and transferred to another provider, integrating with our own internal PBX system. We'll see what can be done to get Vonage to release our numbers.

It seems we simply had to call Vonage and have the numbers released on their end. The person we dealt with didn't give us any trouble about getting this done, and said it would be fixed in 24 hours, which turned out to be the case.
