    Default Slow Network Speed

Attached is a screenshot of traceroute. Seems like it slows down considerably after entering Level3. Really hope the maintenance will help resolve this problem as its very noticeable on page loads.

    Regards.

Was this tonight (early this morning for me)? I've noticed downtime during the scheduled maintenance, so maybe it is connected?

Seemed like the network did go down for a little bit and went back up. Not much of an improvement if any: indexofimages.com/uploads/4f6b23e535.gif

    Regards
Level(3) was not being used for incoming routing during most of the maintenance, as it was stated in our announcement the Level(3) line was part of the maintenance window. Things should be back to normal now, but if you're still seeing that route the issue would be on RoadRunner's end, as we're definitely broadcasting the Level(3) route.

Otherwise, that route isn't bad, 75ms between Southern California cable connections and us is nearly as good as can be expected because of the distance.
