I'm not too bright....HELP!!!

yeah, I am old and the old thinker and figure-er out-er is not working well anymore. YEARS ago someone set up Dreamweaver for me and I used it for my website. Time passed and that website went away. Now I cannot figure out how to get it or Kompozer to accept my site info so I can make a new one. I cannot figure out what to put where as far as the host directory and ftp host. I used the ones provided on the ftp and shell manager link but none of that works. Is there something I supposed to add on or type in? Does ANYONE know how to work Dreamweaver or Kompozer well enough to help me get in? thanks....clint

Hi Clint,

I'm new to all this, too. I can build simple websites, but i can't figure out what KompoZer's wanting for info to publish. I take it you got your answer? Could you offer some help?

If you can't get kompozer to put the files where you want, try the free program filezilla from http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client -- with this you can see the folder structure, look and see where things might have been put wrong and correct looking at the file path, etc.
