    Default Disk Space Issues?

The tech I spoke to after the recent database issue was resolved said the problem was related to running out of disk space. I've experienced outages before that were attributed to the same issue. My question is, is Steadfast actively solving this problem by spreading users out over more servers? If low disk space is the issue, isn't this what's required to prevent the same issues in the future?

The issue had been largely with one user putting up a 12GB database, which is significantly larger than any other database we're hosting. That has been resolved and this was the only time disk space has been an issue on any of our shared hosting systems.

As a note, we have added an additional MySQL server to help with overall MySQL performance and for future growth.

This topic is referring to a shared hosting account's MySQL limitations. Can you be more specific as to what type of service you're using? What is the output of the command df -h?
