    Hello,

    My account (for 'Anileech') had expired since I couldn't find the paypal option anywhere on the cpanel I figured I could just wait it out and get some proper link mailed to me.

    So yes the account expired and I did get a link leading directly to the payment options, I fulfilled the payment and got a mail from paypal that the transfer was completed, then got a mail from steadfast saying
    "Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. "

    However! I never got another mail from steadfast related to this payment nor was my account reactivated. So basically I paid as requested and got nothing in return.

    I suspect this is due to steadfast moving the shared hosting over to fluid hosting and me ending up in the middle of it. So could someone please look into this and reactivate my account

    You can contact Fluid Hosting directly through the H-Sphere control panel or by calling Fluid Hosting at (800) 653-1019 in regards to this issue. Thank you and have a good day.

    I cannot login to the H-Sphere panel as the account was suspended despite the payment, Also the payment was done before the hosting was moved to fluid hosting.

    So should I still contact them over the phone or did I get stuck somewhere in between as I suspected?

    Suspended accounts can still be accessed to submit tickets, or you can call Fluid Hosting for further assistance. We are no longer authorized to take action on accounts. If Fluid Hosting would like to verify your account is paid up, when you contact them they can check with us to ensure the payment was received.

    Good thing I subscribe to google alerts that led me to this thread. It seems you have not contacted us.

    All suspended accounts need to be resumed by request. This is required since we need to verify manually all accounts in suspension when they are paid, some of them were suspended due to spam or resource abuse or other activities that violated our AUP.

    An account will only be suspended for non-payment only after it has been overdue for more than 14 days. During this 14-day grace period, a total of three emails had been sent to your billing contact email address: one account overdue email notification and two account suspension warning emails notifications. If you don't get any email from us, please check your spam folder or please make sure your email in the contact and billing info is up to date.

    I have resumed your account and all services should be up now. Cheers!
