CP Users

Are you only allowed a single control panel user? I'd like to add another cp user but I don't see how.

If you're referring to a shared hosting account with H-Sphere, yes, you can only have one CP user account. However, please note that we have sold our shared hosting business to Fluid Hosting. I would encourage you to visit their forums for better support of the platform:
