nslookup query is not resolved

i have facing a problem in my DNS. when i run nslookup comand for a specific server then query is not resolved " primary dns conn;t find specific server name "
but wehn i use FQDN the ir reply me with authoritative answer.

what should i do?

Can you be more specific about what command you're actually running? I don't really understand what you're trying to do.
