    Default My domain alias confusion

Hi folks here is part of a ticket I put in:

Hello there, I just signed up and there is something I can't figure out how to do. I want to make 2 domains point to the same page. Can you help?

    dalongs.net
    dalongs.com
all pointing to the same path (like /hsphere/local/home/ratfood/dalongs.net) or whatever so both point to the same webpage.

    Mike says Greetings,
if you login to the control panel, and then click "web options", and then click on the domain you want to add aliases for. Once there, you'll click the domain's domain again, and there you should see a table with one row which says: "Domain aliases". Click the icon next to that, and add your addon domains there.

    All the best,

    Mike

Now when I click on dalongs.com aliases it only gives me a blank space to put a word in front of dalongs.com. So I don't know what to put in that box. (I want www.dalongs.com to point to the webpage at www.dalongs.net).

Any help will be great, thanks!

I just checked my control panel and the 'Domain Alias' function works correctly.. It sounds like you got into the 'Subdomain' setup instead.

I just created one to try it and I was able to get one domain name to be an alias of my current domain name so they both show the same site.
