    Default (reseller) domain registration warning

I recently started as a reseller to serve my local clients. Yesterday I had my first client who ordered webspace + domainname (a .com)

He completed the automated registration process and got the automated message "Thank you for signing up". The only thing left for me to do was go to the domain moderation panel and press the "create" button.

    This returns the error:
Response from registrar server: Invalid Domain Name or Nameserver

Karl of Steadfast told me the registration should not be using OpenSRS for .com registrations but even after examining my settings for 45 minutes I can't figure out what could cause the problem. When I look at the Domain Registrar Manager, eNom should handle the .com domains.

So ... what goes wrong, and even more important : WHAT can I do to get this resolved so I can register my clients domain + name asap ?

This was in the ticket, but in case anyone is wondering, just make sure the nameservers you list on your reseller account are properly registered with your domain registrar so that they resolve properly.

The opensrs stuff simply threw me off, as it wasn't actually using OpenSRS, that is simply wat H-Sphere had named that database internally.
