synchronize horde db

I'd like to synchronize my webmail horde/turba/imp/nag objects (tables) with my desktop machine. Is it possible to log in to the db with my mail backing and
SELECT * FROM turba_objects;
for example?
Is it my db or these tables are used by everybody?

The shared hosting mail server databases are stored privately on the mail server, not on the main MySQL server. These databases are unfortunately inaccessible to anyone but system administrators and accessible only from the server itself.
