Looks like you've moved! This was posted unfortunately, around a day after we sold off our shared hosting. Sorry we had to let go of the division...the support load was too much for us to responsibly manage with so many larger dedicated/colocation clients that as a matter of necessity took first priority.

I hope you've found a good home with your new host. Karl's announcement is certainly accurate...most of us do miss helping to explain the basics of hosting to our shared clients; it was always a fulfilling part of my day. Personally you've always been a pleasure to work with, and the same goes for the vast majority of our shared hosting customers. Over my three years there have been plenty of people I've had the opportunity to help with whom I'm disappointed to no longer be in regular communication.

I installed new furnaces on each floor of my building two years ago, but I'll be sure to keep your dad in mind should I encounter an emergency
