3+ years with steadfast

I have been a customer with steadfast for a number of years now, after having been with other hosts, and thought I'd just drop in to write a quick note on my ongoing satisfaction with their professionalism and quality of service as a hosting company. I have multiple different websites, some business some personal, and I cannot remember the last time I experienced any down time. The H-Sphere control panel is continually a breeze to use. I prefer it over cpanel (I heard it is also more secure than cpanel). And their customer service is always prompt and thorough in responding. They really do look out for the best interests of the client, and will even make recommendations that will cost them more money, if it is better for the client.

I know there are other hosts that get a lot of attention, such as Host Gator for instance, but this little known steadfast (maybe its more popular now? I don't know) is as solid as you can get, and as the name implies, steadfast.

I've been a steadfast customer for 3 years also, and really love the customer service. I've had several servers with Layered Tech and The Planet in the past, and while both offer similar servers, Steadfast just blows them away with their support. I believe TP wanted to charge me $200 or something evil for phone support once. I said no thanks and packed up

Even though they don't have a referral system I still recommend them to anyone that asks.
