    Default cPanel import to Interworx

I'm having some problems importing a large cPanel account (900mb) to Interworx. It gives me an error saying it cannot extract the archive. On the site, they say I should create /home/tmp and change /tmp in Interworx to /home/tmp in the iworx.ini and restart Interworx. I did this, but it still shows it having the same amount of space on the Nodeworx homepage, and I still get the error. Anyone successfully imported a cPanel account to Interworx?

I just did 2 the other day and it worked almost 100%. It was a newer version of cpanel than the importer stated, but it worked very well anyway.

I was going to say the problem was probably a full temp directory but if you already changed the temp directory to the main big partition then that should fix it. Maybe its a permissions problem now? Iworx doesn't have access to write to /home/tmp?

If that doesn't work I would open a support ticket up with InterWorx and they will be happy to help you with this.

I changed permissions on the file to 777 and it's owned by the iworx user, so it should have permissions to write to it. I would have posted this to the Interworx forums, but I registered 12 hours ago and they still haven't approved me for posting. I'll try the support ticket route I guess.
