Transferring a domain to Steadfast

I have a domain that is currently registered with a different registrar (but in use at Steadfast). I'd like to transfer the domain so that Steadfast is the registrar.

I don't completely understand how to do that through the control panel.

Unfortunately you can't convert a domain in H-Sphere to a transferred domain. This is a limitation of the design of H-Sphere which we hope they will fix someday. We know they are aware of the limitation. So you end up being left with the choices of deleting the domain and recreating it (which will cause you to lose settings and email) or you can transfer via http://domains.steadfast.net/ which will put the domain registration under a separate account.
