Login page going slow

The login page is going extremely slow for me and I cannot log into my FTP account. When I try, I get this simple error: Unable to make a connection. Please try again.

I would've made a ticker but I can't access the customer service page either.

That sounds like a network related problem. The fact you were able to access the forums is curious though as all the systems are working fine for me and they are all connected to the same switch. Can you try running a traceroute to the server used for FTP and see what you get?
