Seems like a fair enough question to me, being that I sent in a ticket on the 24th, have personally replied to it three times hoping to gain some attention, yet never a word of response from billing.
Ticket: LBR-84787
If I wanted to feel like I'm talking to myself, I would have started a converstion with my wife.
As I told you in the ticket, I apologize, but I was away from the office for several days due to a death in the family. Currently, I am the only one handling billing/support tickets.

But there are still others that handle the 24/7 onsite support correct?

As mentioned in the other thread, I don't recall any messages from you. If you open a ticket, we'd be glad to assist you.
