Hello,
I have a few email-forwards set up for a client that I would like to "set and forget". In other words, I would like the email automatically be deleted after it is forwarded, so it does not collect in the in-box.

I was curious if there is a way to set this up.

Thank you in advance.

What type of configuration are you looking to do this on, our shared hosting platform?

Yes, the shared platform with H-Sphere.

The closest option I can find is a "discard all incoming mail", but I am not sure if the forward will still work with this option checked.

Thank you.

I too was wondering about this. I use a main email that receives forwards from the other addresses. By doing that I can kill any secondary email when some company decides to send me spam and not have my main address compromised. It would be great if we had an option to delete old emails after they are forwarded. Or even better, to have them moved out the Inbox and deleted after a certain time. That way there would be a safety period in case the forwarding fails for some reason.

Can't you just set it to forward and not create a mailbox for it, pretty sure that's what I do.

Yes, if you want to forward the messages and do not want them stored, simply uncheck the box next to "mailbox" Each of those features can be enabled separately.
