Email Servers acting up

Hello,

Whats been going on with the email servers lately, I've been having trouble connecting using Outlook Express from home and connecting from my webserver.

I have a cronjob that checks for any new email messages on a special urgent account, and sends me a text message notice, I've been getting errors that the cronjob isn't running successfully due to server problems.

July 8th 08 between 1:15pm, and 5:15pm

I connect to mail.nozonenet.com:995 for Outlook Express, and for the cronjob script I connect to mail.nozonenet.com:110

We have had to stop the mail server periodically to deal with spam problems. We're still working on ways to help prevent spam from reaching the main mail server so these issues occur less often.
