What logs/info about server outages can I view?

About 11am, for ~10minutes, there seemed to be a problem with the host - no browsers could establish http with my shared hosting site. When this happens are there hsphere logs/reports I can look at to see what may be happening? OR should I just open a ticket?

I've looked at the server graphs and I don't see any indications to suggest a server was inaccessible.

However, please feel free to create a support ticket so a steadfast technician can look at it closer in the morning :)

happened to me too, web1 had a load of like 95 for a good 5 minutes
